Three day minimum stay required. Tax is extra. Please let us know about your boat slip needs in advance. 

Cancellation Policies
To avoid any misunderstandings, please note you will
be charged for the number of days you reserve. A $100
deposit is required for each cabin reserved. In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded upon re-rental of your cabin. No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Payment is due upon arrival.
